He has done inspection of various stocks & commodity brokers and conducted the Statutory & Concurrent audit of various nationalized banks. His expertise lies in internal audit of Stock Exchange, Clearing House, Trusts, Depository, Treasury operations, Depository participants and Manufacturing & Service entities among other arenas. His invaluable experience and commitment have been instrumental in building back-offices for numerous clients. As a leader, he serves as an example in being efficient, delivering excellence and opening avenues to execute knowledge, experience and expertise.

• Preeti is a partner who also supports the back-office service division. Preeti is an Associate Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate. She has done certificate course on concurrent audit of banks from ICAI. It is her perceptive mentoring and strategic leadership skills that have made Maark & associates, an efficient player in the outsourcing and back-office service industry.

• Ujjawal is a partner who has experience in Due Diligence Transactions, Statutory audit & Ind As implementation of various corporates & listed entities. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a commerce post graduate. He keeps interest in Socializing & Network building. He has rich experience in managing a group as a whole. He has conducted the Statutory & Concurrent audit of various nationalized banks.

• Abhishek is partner who has sound experience in the field of Indirect taxation and Internal Audit. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate. His focus is on area of Statutory audit, tax audit and Bank audit of various bodies. He is handling the branch office of Beawar.

• Ramesh is a partner who has sound experience in the field of Internal Audit. He is a practicing Fellow Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate. He has also experience in auditing of various NBFC’S and banking sector, Direct Taxation and Indirect Taxation, Transaction Advisory, M&A. He is handling Surat branch office.
